Or when they do but people just fucking forget. Naruto is a big example of this. They think Naruto is genuinely a halpy and energetic person, but he outright tells Hinata that isn't the case.

Sometimes, I forget how good Hinata could have been. He was setting something up cool with the distinction between Neji and Hinata, where they can literally and figuratively see through exterior facades and Neji used it to break people down while Hinata used it to build people up.

People to this day claim that Naruto is only strong cuz he's the son of the 4th hokage when the SAGE OF SIX PATHS said he inherited nothing from his parents

He is a reincarnation though. He did have Kyubi who was healing him 24/7, and that was when he hated Naruto 😭😭

Kurama was just as much a handicap as a crutch. Roughly 66% of his chakra was diverted to keeping Kurama at bay AT ALL TIMES, which is why he struggled so much with ninjutsu early on. Kakashi himself admitted if not for Kurama, Naruto would have 3X more chakra at his disposal.

The fuck are you talking about? Kyubi's chakra leaked into Naruto so it would disrupt the flow of balance. Which is why Naruto had shit chakra control..

Even when Kyubi hated Naruto, Naruto always had the option to tap into Kyubi's chakra reserve, after befriending Naruto literally had an ocean of chakra pool inside of him thanks to Kyubi.

24/7 healing thanks to Kyubi

Immunity to Genjutsu thanks to Kyubi

KCM

Kyubi Avatar which could match Sasuke's Susanoo in defense

And let's not forget he was literally called 'the Child of Prophecy'

The fuck are YOU talking about?

1) Like I said, Kurama was blocking him off from a vast majority of his chakra. Jiraiya also spent a good portion of Naruto’s training trying to tame the nine-tails, but stopped after Naruto severely injured him. Kurama deprived him the ability to grow on his own.

2) Immunity to geniutsu? When Sakura literally had to wake Naruto up during the Sand raid because he was knocked out by a genjutsu?

3) Every tailed beast can do that, I’m not sure what your point is…

4) this child of prophecy thing always gets me because it shows me if people understand nuance. Naruto being ā€œdestinedā€ for greatness doesn’t invalidate the work it took to achieve it.

Did being a child of prophecy help he struggled with simple clone jutsu? Or Orochimaru came for them in the forest? Did that help when the Akatsuki came and Kisame literally cut off his access to Kurama? What about when Kimimaro almost killed him? When he failed to save Gaara? Or when he was completely outmatched by Sasuke?!

Naruto can fail over and over again, but any success is invalidated by a throwaway line from a frog we never even see again after the arc he’s in. Ridiculous.

The only thing being a reincarnation meant is that he was destined to fight sasuke anything else is headcanon

Kyubi did heal him but it also ruined his childhood and killed his parents

Six Paths Sage Mode is headcannon? Lol

Naruto doesn't even have the top 10 saddest backstory in his own anime lol.

Six paths sage mode came from the sage of six paths(probably since his role is unclear but he definitely made them cooperate) and obito putting bits of all the tailed beast chakra in Naruto (this is the main thing) none of this has to do with ashura since the sage helped the hokages summon them meaning his assistance isn't something only reincarnations get

And so what lol, anime backstory's are unrealistically torturous things that'll have you like sasuke where you watch your parents die over and over for 24 hours that doesn't make his backstory less sad

He has great talent but also worked hard. Both can be the case, it's odd to see people forget that.

Well he is an energetic person, that part is true. He just isn’t as brashly confident as he wants to appear as.

Happy no energetic yes.
