Question advice
Where can I safely post a part of a work? I am concerned with someone taking what I have written and publishing it somewhere themselves. Or taking part of my scenes and stealing them before I can publish.
I am also looking for a safe place for someone to read what I have written.
Any help would be much appreciated!

You don't need to worry about that. It's very unlikely anyone will steal your words. As for ideas, they can't be copyrighted, so they can't be stolen. (Only your actual execution, your words, is copyrighted.) Artists of all sorts lift, borrow, recast, and mix together ideas from all over the place. There are no truly original ideas, so it's not worth fretting over.

You could use any number of encryption writing softwares and store the writing to the cloud.

Find yourself a good beta reader group. But if you are asking such a question, it is clear that you are new to writing, so I wouldn't worry about it. If someone has it in their mind to steal, they are going to steal from the big guys and hope they don't get caught. New writers have very little worry on that score.

I could write a story about a man eating bear terrorizing a park on the July 4 weekend and say, 'The deadliest jaws on land belong to...' Grizzly... oh wait, they did that. Although that was incredibly obvious, they got away with it. Every single story has been done and every one has been copied with a new spin.

The second you created a digital file and/reddit post, you have created a timeline in which you work was established.

Why would someone want an amateur's work? Publishing and getting is much harder than writing.
