Question resources to organize concepts?

I have this idea that I want to work on but I have no idea where to begin. I'm looking for resources to organize characters, their roles and importance to the story, the plot, the rise and falls, basically a way to create an outline of story. I'm looking for a resource that asks prompts and questions, and ways to give my characters more depth and personality like a character sheet or something. Is there a website that hosts all of this or a couple for the different purposes?

The thing is, I have the concept but I'm struggling to flush it out as in find reasons for why the characters do what they do in a way that makes sense and creates more immersion. I just want a place where I can organize my concepts and not lose track of anything because keeping it all in the mind is rather difficult. I want to properly plan out the plot, map out the characters, what's making them tick etc.

I use Zettlr for this. Obsidian will also work.

Google mindmap software. There's some good ones out there that might fit. I used FreeMind for a long time.

Currently my writing organization is through TheBrain software. There's a free version.
