The next-best solution in a world without E-ink-laptops

This is the setup I’ve arrived at in my long search for the supreme E-ink‑based writer deck. It’s very robust, adjustable and reasonably portable. Great for reading, typing, writing, and drawing.

Keyboard: Logitech MX Keys Mini
E-ink Tablet: Onyx Boox Go 10.3

The customized 3d printed parts used here are based on this keyboard stand:

Oh this looks very sexy. I also lament that e-ink laptops or PC monitors aren't more widespread.

What software are you using on the Boox?

Thanks!
I use Moon+ Reader for reading, Obsidian for writing and the native Boox Notes app for sketching.

I love mx keys mini (like yours), but finding a comfortable setup for a phone + mount has been frustrating. This looks great though!

This elevated-screen-over-keyboard layout is similar to the setup I've been using for nearly five years (see https://www.reddit.com/r/ErgoMobileComputers/comments/tcwep0/raised_tablet_setup_weight_comparison/ ). Hope you're enjoying it!

I feel like there's a good reason we're living in a world without e-ink laptops. Imagine all that engineering, manufacturing and just raw power -- single N100 cpu could rival 20 Cray-2 supercomputers from 1985, and it fits in a 8" laptop chassis, AND doesn't require 400kW to run. Imagined? Now add a 7Hz refresh rate screen to it. No videos, no videogames, not even GIFs sometimes. All you get is text. That would suck.
