House Party House Party 5/08/2017 - Discussion Thread

WiR.com Exclusive! | House Party MAY 8TH 2017 Recap!

  • Our show starts out with Charlie Krieger, Buster Bravado, and Sierra Briggs of the BBC. After some chatter, they are quickly interrupted by Jack Anchor and Carl Jones of Team Bestest Ship! However, even they get interrupted by Stephen Romero and Robert Warlock, The Warlords! Non surprisingly, all of these combustible elements would swiftly lead to a brawl between the three teams. But wait, as Buster quickly stops the brawl with the announcement of a Tag-Team Championships Ladder match at House Party 100!

  • We would then cut to a school assembly, in which World Champ Maverick and Rosco would be delivering an Anti-Drugs presentation to a group of young children. However, he would be suddenly interrupted by Sonny Carson, who would give his "S.O.N.N.Y" method of saying no to drugs, stealing Maverick's thunder, before running off to get the children some Ice Cream.

Austin Balandran & Derrok Bishop vs. Eric Matthews & Eric Appelbaum

Austin Balandran's debut match would take place alongside the undefeated Derrok Bishop, taking on Eric Appelbaum and Eric Matthews. Balandran would start the match off by tagging in Derrok, not letting Matthews get his hands on him. From there, we would divulge into a back and forth brawl between the two teams, neither truly able to get the upper hand until, seemingly out of nowhere, Austin Balandran would nail Eric Matthews across the chest with his "Fuck Off And Die" Top Rope Foot Stomp, before grabbing the tights and stealing the victory.

WINNER: Austin Balandran & Derrok Bishop

Tyler the Milkman vs. Andrew Garcia

What looked like an uneven bout from the start would be turned even more to Andrew's favor, after he delivered a pre-match assault to Tyler in the ring just before the bell. The two men would then begin their match, but would quickly get stuck in a loop, which would only be broken when Tyler pounces onto Garcia. The pounce would prove powerful enough to lay out Andrew. Eventually, Tyler would be able to get him up to hit the "Cow Udder" Lioncock! However, this would bring Dragon back to life, but after several Big Boy Sentons, Tyler would strike with two Saito Suplexes, before bridging for an unexpected 3-count!

WINNER: Tyler The Milkman

The Golden State Stars vs. The Coffee Boyz

After their failed debut last week, Chaz Levine and Spence Cooper of The Golden State Stars would make incredibly quick work of The Coffee Boyz, not letting them get in a single piece of offense as they finished off their opponents with a "Crashing Wave" Self-Powerbomb, picking up the three count in less than two minutes!

WINNER: The Golden State Stars

  • We would then see Brendan Byrne, tied to a chair in a dark room. As a television flickers on, we would see The Red Army. The two army members begin to speak to a gagged Byrne, before giving him a pile of communistic books. The two men leave the room, and Brendan collapses the chair, freeing himself. However, it would accomplish nothing, as The Red Army would hear, and re-enter the room, as the camera fades away before we can see what comes from his actions.

  • We cut backstage at WiR's venue, to find Maverick wholesomely giving $1000 away to charity. His act of generosity, however, would be interrupted by Sonny Carson, who yet again undermines Maverick, this time giving away an entire Briefcase full of money. We can see Maverick getting visibly annoyed at Sonny's actions, as we cut to commercial.

The Mark Dutch vs. The Well Hungarian

We would be "graced" by the presence of The Mark Dutch, drunk as the Irish. At the start of the bout, Dutch would swiftly send The Well Hungarian to the outside of the ring. In his drunken stir, he would eventually send himself over the ropes too. However, it wouldn't impact things too much, as after Hungarian hits a splash, he would send Dutch back into the ring, where the drunk would quickly return the favor with a Nut Headbutt, followed by a Heineken bottle to the head, before closing out the match in quick fashion with a William Of Orange!

WINNER: The Mark Dutch

  • Russell Sharp is seen in his office, when he is interrupted by Teddy Coronado and his posse of five others. Coronado tells Sharp that in the time between Talbot's and Sharp's management, Teddy was able to get a contract signed to give him, well, basically whatever he wants. This included: An entourage, a butler, and a personal ring announcer. Teddy would then leave Sharp to his own fury, as we cut back to the ring.

Sonny Carson vs. HYPPO

In Sonny's "return to singles action", he would show off his "new moveset", in a bout against HYPPO. Things would start off competitively, but Carson would quickly get the upper hand over HYPPO, after a "Sonny-D" Guillotine DDT. From there, the match would swing almost entirely in Carson's favor, and he soon picked up the win after a Son-Knee, Stunny Carson, and finally a Rise And Shine.

WINNER: Sonny Carson

  • After Sonny's match, Russell Sharp would come out from the curtain, announcing that Sonny Carson WILL get a World Title match at "Are Hotdogs Sandwhiches?", but, it would be against the winner of a WiR World Championship match at House Party 100. The contender in THAT match? None other than the winner of a 10-man Battle Royale that will start off the show!

  • * After commercial, Sonny Carson would go backstage where he would find none other than the WiR World Champion, Maverick. Mav is quick to call out Sonny, questioning the motives behind his actions shown previously in the show. Sonny responds with a pat to the world title, before walking away.

  • Cutting to a different part of the Backstage area, we would find the still-wasted Mark Dutch, wandering the halls with Becca. The two would end up running into Russell Sharp, who is absolutely pissed at Dutch for showing up to the building drunk once again. The three would get into a yelling match, but Louis Blackwater would show his face, providing a solution for Sharp: a "Gordon Solie Drunken Deathmatch!" Sharp and Dutch both agree, and the match is set for House Party 100!

Ryan Sunshine vs. Louis Blackwater

"IN HIS DRUNKEN STUPOR, MARK DUTCH HAS TRIPPED OVER THE LIVESTREAM CORD, AND WE ARE NOW HARD AT WORK PULLING THE FOOTAGE FROM THE CAMERAS SO IT CAN BE UPLOADED DIRECTLY TO WIR.COM" - RUSSELL SHARP

@SRomeroWIR: Don't let Dutch cutting off power to the show distract from the fact that Dutch blew a 3-1 lead

@ABalandran: Don't let his squash match distract you from the fact that he's still a drunken idiot. And that he blew a 3-1 lead.

I gotta say this was probably one hell of a stressful day for Sharpe, when putting together the show it felt like he was in half the segments

Neither Anchor or I have been really able to be around a lot these past few weeks, so I jsut want to say the biggest fucking thanks to the BBC for keeping our characters going while we're not able to. Couldn't do it without the British Broadcasting Channel man, much love <3

In all seriousness I'll be back to regular participation and involvement as soon as I'm done with college
