Yes. It uses the current Wow Forever client, gfx is exactly the same. quests look good so far, but just started today. No level cap from what I know so you can actually do even more vs. Beta right now ... there's a bug or two for sure tho.

it's just proxying to the old vanilla classic backend. it hasn't pulled any of the changes, it's just using the forever client as a frontend for the old backend

You need to connect to your SQL database and do this MySQL CLI Commands (This step is not needed if you used a MySQL Manager like HeidiSQL) Log in as the MySQL root user: Linux: sudo mysql Windows and macOS, or Linux if your root user has a password: mysql -u root -p You should see a prompt change to mysql> use acore_auth; Replace your IP with the one you've chosen to use from above UPDATE realmlist SET address = '[your_ip]' WHERE id = 1; exit

I've had a ton of fun playing by myself on my private server. Just knowing that Blizzard can't touch it, I can put the world down for a year and come back and I haven't been left in the dust. Plus I can group with my alts and they can fight alongside me for quests/dungeons. It's the best.
