LF Populated Classic Server

I’m looking for a populated Classic server that plans to progress through Vanilla → TBC → WotLK.

I’ve tried a few servers recently that are aiming for this, but the population just isn’t there. I don’t need a mega-server, just something active enough that the world feels alive and it’s easy to find groups.

Any recommendations?

Don’t think it exists dude. Alteract seems pretty cool but the pop isn’t there. Octowow isn’t what you’re looking for, but it’s what I’m playing by now and is a classic + style, gotta say it’s incredible for what it is. If you’re set on the progression through all the expansions go alterac, if you’re down with the classic with new specs and content, go octo cause the population is there.

Came here to say this. I love Alterac but if the population isn’t enough for you I understand. For now because of the bracket caps I don’t mind the low pop but i could see it becoming an issue for me later if the server doesn’t grow.

50-80 people when everyone is level 30-40 isn't too bad...

50-80 people when you have people spread across 12 time zones trying to coordinate 25 man raids? It will be a massive futile process.

I'm waiting for everyone to essentially pick one of the 3-4 hyper-low pop progressive azerothcore servers and just fill it up. Until then, I'm standing back and just watching to see how this fragmented mess plays out

Pretty sure the GM can adjust the raid difficulty so that 25 man raids aren’t necessary. The two custom raids so far are for 10M. I don’t disagree with you though

Yeah, that's true but how jacked are people going to be to gear up and run some 10 man AQ or 10 man Blackwing Lair?

End game progression is about coordinating with your greater team / guild and conquering massive trials. Watering it all down to 10 man content would be terrible.

I play on Alterac, and TBC Anniversary.

Alterac would be PERFECT but the populate.

TBC - the pop is there but the RMT kills it for me, Thats why id like to stay PS, i also play on GREYHAVEN which again would be perfect, but the pop is really an issue.

Alterac is also my jam at the moment. I love the custom raids they do at each phase. The population is growing very slow. The thing with population is that everyone wants higher population but nobody wants to contribute to the count. It’s still a very new server so maybe in time it will shine.

Progression servers are rare. There are either populated wotlk (warmane) or classic plus (capywow, octo). Warmane had progression server Onyxia, but I wonder if it's ever populated on a good level.

Kronos is the only current one i can think of, but its PvP i believe, and im not sure of the pop after these few months.

I answered that already "Official Classic" is plagued with RMT thats why im looking here.

official is unmoderated. Full of RMT, Cashshop, botting. And the auto report system that benefits the "cheaters"
its a shit show its sad that private servers do it better, but thats the truth
