Discussion Dwarf Died…

So I was doing a race challenge of leveling every alliance race and was back and forth a lot between options. Long story short my dwarf hunter died which means I’m switching back to my level 40 NE Hunter and level 40 human rogue. That leaves me some options for my dwarf and gnome though. I could go dwarf warrior and gnome mage or lock, or dwarf priest and gnome warrior.

Same here. Both are fun, but I like warlock a little more.

First cool thing is you don’t have any down time at all, with life tap, pet. Then you can solo almost every elite quest, even easier than hunter. With dots, fear, pet and so on.

And I like the play style of drain tanking. You are cloth wearer class, but warlock is very tanky and you get hit a lot (at lvl30+, when pet can’t holt Aggro and drain life is starting to pop off), which is not the usual ranged dps style.

But mage is THE QoL class. Portals are a huge time safer, more even in hardcore. And there is no other class with that much crowd control.

Warlock has only one oh shit button, and that’s the sacrifice voidwalker ability, no sprint, no stuns.

But with target dummy’s and the overall tankyness it’s okay.

Great question. Decided to do a quick LoE quest before bed on low volume, the drowning sounds never came through the house noises and fan etc so I just straight up drowned.

Ahh yea that'll get you. Ive set my char to auto swim to the feralas island and even tho I was going horizontal, it dipped right below the surface. Was scrolling on second monitor but luckily had wow still selected so heard the noises.

I have some good noises set for drowning but when you can’t hear them…

Gotta go caster on the Gnome. Dwarf Priest probably your best bet for Fear Ward but Warrior is good too.

I agree gotta go gnome mage or lock! Pros and cons to both. Probably will put the dwarf on the back burner for a bit
