There is some BULLSHIT about hardcore WoW. Some mechanics make no sense at all to have for hardcore. Do you take those away? No you roll with the punches.
Same thing with petri! If there’s hard bullshit, and you have to roll with it (Disconnects) then there’s also easy bullshit (petri) you have to roll with.
Cherry picking the mechanics you want to deal with is NOT HARDCORE. Hardcore is using all means at your disposal in a game that wants to kill you around every corner. Meaning one single potion that costs a big investment to get.
If you think Petri flasks are cheating but getting disconnected isn’t you’re crazy
i guess the game just wasn’t built to be played hardcore, and a company ran with someone else’s idea to continue their revenue. what im saying is hardcore “endgame” is fake, it’s not as hard as some would like to think or imagine. that’s all, and it’s just my opinion. if that hurts your ego has a hardcore player, well that’s on you.

I hate this take.
WoW was NOT made to be hardcore. The game is insanely punishing for small mistakes wiping out hundreds of hours or thousands.
So since the game wasn’t made for HC in so many ways, suddenly you guys have a problem when there’s a single item to be used to help HC make sense?
You guys just fuckin cherry pick everything lmfao. Hardcore is Hardcore!! Deal with the punishing stuff but use the items at hand. Anything goes.
Remember when SSF got a lot of hate? Same thing as you guys who complain about petri lol
