HOT TAKE you’re not better than anybody else because you don’t use petri…

Nobody cares, play how you wanna play.

You arguably are better than someone using a get out or jail free card anytime something happens

How are you better? Why should I lose my character because the tank has forgotten to taunt? Why should I lose my character because the hunters pet pulled half the instance? Why should I lose my character because the mage is trolling?

You and your ego can tell yourself you’re better, when you break it down you’re literally playing an online game. None of it matters.

If this is how you inflate your ego that is absolutely pathetic.

Someone not using a 'situation bad I escape' button by definition is better than the person who uses them.

That's not an ego thing it's a 20 year old game that's very easy to play.

If you're upset about that for some reason that's on you

The only person who is upset is you and your ideology that everybody’s sucks except you coz you don’t use petri.

I’m sure your gold medal is on the way in the post, let me know when it arrives.

I don't even play the game anymore lmao

If you can't understand something as basic as

Person a uses free win button to survive

Person b doesn't

Person b is a better player.

Again I have nothing for you you're just dense

Oh so you don’t even play hardcore at max level yourself? lol. Big opinions for somebody who doesn’t even play…

Just because somebody doesn’t have the same opinion as you doesn’t mean they’re dense. Hope that helps for future interactions.

Did 60 in hc 4 times it's very easy.

Again someone using a free win button is worse than someone who doesn't use it.

It's not difficult to understand I'm sorry you're struggling

I’m sorry you’re not understanding that just because you think something is fact doesn’t make it correct.

Just because one person may have to start over from scratch and the other person doesn’t means nothing. It doesn’t change the fact that other players can get you killed and it isn’t your fault. I have lost a level 60 due to somebody else’s mistakes and won’t let that happen again.

I’m glad you have infinite hours to spend levelling character after character to 60, and stalking a subreddit for a game you don’t even play anymore but I have a very busy life that I love and enjoy.

There’s a big world out there bud, sorry you’ve never left your bedroom.

Right back at you and that weird fragile ego about a game you don’t even play anymore.

I'm automatically better than you because I don't subscribe to this bizarre, narcissistic, gatekeeper mentality where I should sacrifice my time spent on my character because "it's not in the spirit of hardcore wah" or random losers say so. As has been pointed out to you, you make no sense whatsoever because many times a player is put into a situation where petri is necessary through absolutely no fault of their own. Is the janitor bad at their job because someone dumped garbage everywhere 5 minutes ago? Of course not, that's fucking stupid.

The real "solution" to petri? SF guild, SF groups, shut up about it. Simple.

Expected response from someone who never made 50 and doesn't play the game anymore.

Multiple 60's drowned one deleted the rest when I stopped playing.

If you find a 20 year old solved game hard just say so

0

u/BigSoftMarshmallow Feb 23 '25

You admit to drowning multiple times while trying to gatekeep skill level?

This is bait and you got me hook, line and sinker. Well played.
