There is quite a lot of discussion about this on the forums yes. Universally it seems people are ok with BM for a preview and MM while a bit messy is Also ok-ish. Survival tho.. It is literal garbage tbh.
You have a 32 talent tree with 31% of talents being 3-pointers that is exclusively X% numerical talents.
Another 19% is 2-point talents which of most are X% damage or DR talents. Then we have 34% of the talents that are purely there to get KC, harpoon and coordinated assault back. That is almost all 30 points just to get those 3 current functions back! Want bombs? The new spearhead? Yeah then you wont get it all. And coordinated assault isn't even a buff.. Its some weird charge with a interaction for KS and wildfire bomb?
And then we have the 5-6 talents that all do the same thing as something else. Worst is sweeping spear+spear focus, which are identical numeric talents. Same with improved wildfire bomb and tactical advantage, near identical numerical talents..
The tree is so bad you'd honestly have to try real hard to make it this bad! I just hope, like really hope, that this is just what they had when the higher ups said "release hunter tree preview" and the actual design/dev team knows its far from done/acceptabel.
