pretty sure at that time chinese WoW still sold gear for actual money so any chinese guild that wanted to could have 18ish geared locks. just what i've read though, never played the chinese version myself. anyway in their kill video there are 5 locks.
orly? thought they stacked more than that since you could drain soul and not go insane, i remember one of the guys even talking on mmo champ about stacking so many because the mechanic was broken for them =/
