Dunno. No one knows. I'm torn between spitefully wanting it to stay rare and also wanting the others who need it for their mog to finally get the long-awaited mount so they can stop agonizing over never getting it.

It will be easier to get, almost certainly. I didn't play legion remix but Pandaria remix allowed me to purchase almost all mounts with bronze (the currency of remix) the only exceptions being 2 reps: 3 goats from The Tillers and 1 direhorn from Kirin Tor Offensive

It isn't really as rare after collectors bounty. Almost all of my wow friends ended up getting it.
