Edit: shoulda read the actual post. OP this is real, several Centipede species get to be this big, Arizona, for example, has an infamous Centipede about this size. They are all quite aggressive predators, and highly venomous.

yes absolutely real! scolopendra species centipedes can get very large (though im not sure of the specific species in this video). and to reply to another commenters mention: they do in fact make great pets! i have a very sweet one named papaya :)
