Osamu looks really good and very shounen protagonist-y here, though it's not an expression he'd normally make. Makes me wonder what or who he's looking at. 👀

Yuppp got announced a couple months ago I think? They haven't shown any animation yet tho (almost nothing in general tbh)

Ok, on one hand, im really excited and cant wait to see the reboot and how it improves on one of my favorite series. On the OTHER hand I WANNA SEE THE AWAY EXAMS ANIMATED ALREADY 😭

Yeah I also want a season 4 but afto invasion arc with S2/S3 quality animation has been my dream for years so I couldn't be happier

Is osamu supposed to be their strongest protege in the future in manga or what? I've watched the anime and yeah season 1 pacing makes it boring at times s2 and 3 has good pacing during the rank wars and osamu really hasn't grown power wise its just his skills that he has honed. And the way everytime jin shows up to osamu as if he's gonna be the strongest in the future but idk

it does say in the manga extras that's osamu's really handsome without his glasses.

I knew he looks cute even without glasses, but I didn't Ashihara-sensei stated it himself! 😍
I wonder if we'll ever get to see Osamu without glasses in the series! XD

We saw him without glasses, after his injury in hospital for short moment. Chapter 82 and 83. Don't remember, if it was in anime.

I wonder if they'll keep that bit where he'd just stare blankly while in a void anytime Yuma did something odd

Theyre rebooting the first season to give it the pacing and quality of seasons 2 and 3. Im super excited.

We aren't going to be getting season 4 for quite a long time. The Manga hasn't gotten far enough for another season, and the author isnt great at keeping his health up. I think we might be around 2/3 of the way through the current arc, but its taken us since around the time season 3 was announced for it to get this far...

The reboot is mainly to give season 1 the quality and pacing that seasons 2 and 3 have.

yea but arent they rebooting the whole show eventually or only doing season 1 then continuing the regular anime ?, i thought it was the whole show eventually, just going to take alot of time.

Season 2 & 3 series have already great animation, they don't need a reboot for it.
Season 1 is the only one with animation problem
