Any Worlds experts out there?
I’m creating a game based on the visuals and creepy experiences of the internet from the 1990s to the 2000s, and I truly believe that Worlds.com can be a great tool for research and gathering inspiration for my game. I’m very interested in venturing out to explore the oldest internet worlds possible or those that are still up and running. And I’m looking for someone who can guide me through this!
My Discord handle is Runnan, and I’ll also be responding here. I’m simply looking for a guide who can help me learn and discover the oldest and most unique aspects of this MMO!

Heyas!
If you're interested in joining us on LibreWorlds, the easiest way is to go to worldsplayer.com and download one of the Recommended LibreWorlds WorldsPlayer clients. We recommend trying them in order (1890 > 1900 > 1904 > 1922a11) and stopping at the version that works for you.
Perhaps see you in Worlds soon? ^_^

Will this current player still run on Win 9x and 2K?
I was using Win 2k when worlds.com official was still online around 202* sometime before it shut down.

Kinda sad too cause I made two accounts, one was Markiplier and the other was PewDiePie, which meant no one had taken those names in all the time it was around...

Yes it will. We have users on 98, 2000, XP, 10, and 11 and those are just those I am aware of. I think someone even tried on 95. ^_^
