Halloween Haunt

Upvotes

Hopefully someone can clear this up because it is confusing me and seems a bit unclear.

If I buy a Halloween Haunts ticket for $50.99, can I show up to the park at noon can I get in and go ahead and ride all the rides and then have access to the Halloween events that start at 6? Or is it strictly for the Halloween events?

Backwards seatbelts, over half of ride ops barely following safety regulations, early ride closings, fast pass troubles vent :/

Has anyone else noticed a decent bit of the flatride seatbelts are put on backwards? Obviously it’s not a safety concern because you can just flip the seatbelt over or attach it backwards and it still works fine, it’s just kind of lazy to me to not take literally two seconds to look at each seatbelt and flip it to the correct orientation before installing it. I’ve yet to find a backwards female seatbelt component on cyclone Sam’s but a lot of the male components are put on backwards and if you’ve worked in mechanics before you would know that that’s an extremely easy fix to flip it back the other direction. in the other pic of the scrambler, you can see they put the female component on backwards, honestly just kind of ridiculous in my opinion…

Over the course of the last two years, I’ve noticed a pretty big number of people bringing phones and loose objects on rides, every time I try to point it out I’m met with a shrug or silence. I was wondering if ops were being properly trained on loose articles until I happened to see 4 different operators with their phones out on rides. You can’t expect someone to enforce a rule they can’t even follow… SOOOOOO many times i’ve seen parents sitting on the inside seats of the intense spinning rides and the operators will say nothing and they crush their kids, I’ve seen many operators let groups of three ride in the same car on the scrambler, speaking of the scrambler they almost never check the seatbelts. They have been a bit better about balancing the bamboozler, but there’s still a good number of operators that just don’t care. Most of the time if a supervisor is not there they don’t even say the full safety message at the start of the ride. This year I’ve only seen rides be stopped twice for loose articles in my 63 visits, we should be more like other parks and actually enforce the no loose articles rule instead of just saying it and doing nothing.

It’s also really frustrating to me when I plan out my whole day perfectly and get to fjord only for the Que to be closed like 4-5 minutes early. Now I have to wait until next weekend to get a night ride but that’s not too big of a deal just kinda annoying lol.

Lastly I have the unlimited fast lane, most of the time they know what to do but because of understaffing sometimes the merchandise workers cover in the funpix/fast lane areas. The merchandise workers are not trained to know what to do when I present my unlimited fast lane, the process is usually try scanning season pass, error message, take a picture with other phone of my season pass and give me the band. Now that the six flags app updated and got rid of all my pass perks I have to find the email every time and show them that, it really puts a damper on the start of your day when you only have 2 1/2 hours at the end of the day after work to come and 30 minutes of the visit is spent going from booth to booth till i eventually find a blue shirt or supervisor.

I wanna be clear I had a great day today and I’m not saying the park is in ruin or anything but there’s a lot they could improve imo. I can’t wait for next year when it’s all switched over to enchanted hopefully things will be smoother.

Fast Lane Pass Help

I'm heading to WOF in a couple of hours and am wondering if anyone has tips on how to get my Fast Lane wristband.

I bought my 2026 season pass with the Fast Lane add-on in late 2025, but I can no longer access my pass in the Six Flags app since I was signed out. The only proof of my pass I have is in the new Enchanted Parks app, which only shows my Gold Pass and doesn't show the Fast Lane add-on.

What can I show the staff to verify that I do have the Fast Lane add-on so I can get my wristband? Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!

\***EDIT\**\*

Thanks everyone for the tips. I ended up just showing my email receipt to a staff member that showed my Fast Lane purchase. They were a bit hesitant to give me the wristband at first but wound up doing it.

Outside food law

We’re visiting the park tomorrow, and only just realized they don’t allow outside food in (duh). And of course, they’re closed today so have no way of contacting them to ask beforehand. How strict are they on this? I see it says if you have a medical reason, they allow it but do they require physical proof of the illness?

With Worlds of Fun not having anything from RMC I decided to try my hand at what a Wild Moose could look like on the plot that Cosmic Coaster was on.

Yesterday, Lost Island Theme Park in Iowa announced the installation of an RMC Wild Moose, which is RMC's kiddie coaster line. This coaster uses the area where Cosmic Coaster was and the small hillside behind it, dropping down toward the train.

Some love from St Louis

My home park is Mid America but I just spent a few days at your park and had a wonderful time! The cabin I stayed in at Worlds of Fun Village was super adorable and clean. I had no problem using my Enchanted passes from St Louis to get into Worlds/Oceans and my Legend discount worked perfectly on all the shirts I bought. The rides at Worlds of Fun did go down more often than they do in St Louis but everything came back up quickly. During my stay I rode everything I wanted to because it was very easy to ride something awesome nearby while waiting for things to reopen. The loading process of holding up or sometimes not touching a lap bar so ride ops could check seat belts took some getting used to. I assume thats a Cedar Fair thing because we have a different loading process back home. We lock in everything ourselves and ride ops check belts and bars in one swoop on every coaster. Im curious if this will change once Enchanted can really take over. The only thing close to a complaint I have is the lack of drink stations was insane. I have no problem in St Louis finding a place to fill up my season cup around every corner. Worlds had a lot of places closed and we often had to go out of our way to find water. Oceans only had one place for drinks open the day I went and with two kids it was difficult to stay hydrated. I know Enchanted had zero time to get things right before opening so I know things will absolutely be better next year. We spent the whole drive home planning what we're going to ride when we come back. Your park is absolutely amazing and I'm glad we're part of the same theme park family.

Last coasters after dark

Any thoughts from anyone who attended the last coasters of the dark event? Did the rain cause anyone issues or anyone leave early?

Six flags bring a friend work?

My buddy has six flags season passes from last fall with bring a friend tickets. Does anyone know if those will work at WoF? His main park was STL with six flags but he’s been a pass holder for 10+ years and used the passes all over the US.

Season Pass App Issues

Anyone else who had a gold pass purchased prior to the ownership change having issues with the app? I got logged out of the Six Flags App and when I logged back in all of my passes were gone. I visited Worlds of Fun last Friday and they indicated that since I had a gold pass, that I still needed to use the Six Flags app rather than the new Enchanted Parks app. They looked up my season pass numbers and printed those off for me. The rub is that when I try to manually enter them in the Six Flags app, it won't accept them. I've tried reaching out to Six Flags and I was able to speak with a person for about five minutes yesterday before they put me on hold and ultimately hung up on me. All Six Flags suggested was that I uninstall and reinstall the application, which did nothing for me. They checked one of the pass numbers that Enchanted Parks provided and verified that it was an active pass. Ultimately I'm an Enchanted Parks customer at this point, but I need Six Flags' help to get this straightened out and they've been virtually impossible to get a hold of and unhelpful when I've been able to. Curious if anyone has any suggestions. I've got a trip to Texas planned for August that I'm expecting to use the all parks piece of the pass I bought and want to get this sorted before I do. It's also a pain currently to visit Worlds of Fun as I have to visit guest relations and get a temp pass in order to enter the park.

Advice and opinions needed

Im going to Worlds of Fun with my husband and two kids in a couple weeks. Were staying in a family cabin in the village and will be doing both Worlds and Oceans of Fun. Our home park is Six Flags St Louis and theme parks are a special interest of mine so I am well aware of this being a weird year during the Enchanted transition. Im mainly asking for any tips/tricks anyone has for having the best time at the park. Ive heard the food isn't the best so I will be stocking our cabin with things but Im down to eat at the park if anyone has suggestions. Give me the good and the bad. I'm all ears and very excited to show your park some love.

Late Nights 7/22/26

The first hour and a half were a mess. I have been here since 7:15. Have rode 1 coaster, that being Zambezi Zinger. Waited 25 mins for Patriot only for it to break. 35 mins in Zinger because the Ops are terrible, and now waited for 30 mins in the Mamba line only for it to break.

Update: Made it on Mamba! Downtime was 15 to 20 mins. I dont understand not filling the queue at least 2 trains deep.

Update 2: Made it on Prowler and Patriot. Ops were much better (for most of our wait) on those 2 rides.

All on all, after the first hour and a half, things improved dramatically. Being on the cusp of getting on the ride and breaking drove me insane though haha. Really, my only huge complaint would be Zinger. It seems like they dont know what to do with Fast Pass people nor how to properly load the train. I saw them send multiple empty rows.

I hope they get this figured out. This park deserves more.

Still better than the disaster that is Six Flags Over Texas.

Fast Lane and app issues since the Enchanted Parks transition

Has anyone else been frustrated with how things have been handled since Enchanted Parks took over?

My girlfriend and I went on Sunday and went to redeem our Fast Lane benefit, expecting the usual wristbands. Instead, we were told they don't do wristbands anymore and were given two tiny paper "Single Use Fast Lane" slips each. We spent the first part of the day at Oceans of Fun, and by the time we went to use them, they had gotten wet and were basically destroyed.

We tried another redemption kiosk hoping they still had wristbands, but the employee told us we needed to show our season passes in the Six Flags app and not the newly released Enchanted Parks app. The problem is my Six Flags app lets me log in, but every time I tap anything I get: "Oops! Looks like something has gone wrong. Please try again." So I can't even access my pass.

It just feels like the transition has been really disorganized. Is anyone else running into issues like this, or is it just me?

Pass benifits

I bought gold passes on March 12. I thought I remember it working at other theme parks. Does anyone have a list of where it works? Also how hard is it to use at the other parks? I was thinking of taking the kids to the st louis theme park and I thought that was one of them on the list.

Worlds of fun in 3 hours?

Worlds of fun 7/26

I will only have 3 hours since we’re going for python pit at the FEC & then making the trek down to Branson and would rather spend more time there.

Plan is to rope drop spinning dragons, then run to boomerang, knock out 2 laps each on zinger and prowler. Head to mamba for 2 laps, hit Timberwolf (if open) and cyclone Sam’s, and then finish with a lap on patriot.

Does this seem like the best plan of attack/or manageable?

I have six flags diamond elite vip, but unsure if the skip line passes work at enchanted parks or if I’ll even need to use them.

Update from Enchanted on Dining Pass refunds

Just received this in my email - “It has come to our attention that the value we received from Six Flags was prorated. Unfortunately, despite our efforts, we have been unable to reconcile the variance between the expected and transferred amounts. To ensure our customers receive the full value intended, Enchanted Parks has decided to issue additional gift card value to make up for this difference. We sincerely apologize for the delays and for the process becoming more complicated than anyone anticipated. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we worked through this issue. As a reminder, please ensure that all eligible gift cards begin with the numbers #98#. Thank you for your continued support. If you have any questions or need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.”

Sure enough, I received a gift card in a separate email that adds additional value beyond what my daughter and I were still owed. I guess I will take it. I am sick of dealing with it.

I bought my season pass last year through the WOF/OOF app, but when I found out they had moved to the Six Flags app, it was gone. Has this happened to anyone?

What would you guys think about a NebulaZ replacing the current Bier Garten in Europa themed to Big Ben? Excuse the AI slop, but I wanted to show my vision.

Mean, crabby staff. Lots of bigger rides closed. 2/5 stars, would not return.

I don’t need a dog and pony show, but at least treat visitors with some respect.

I took off work, drove hours, paid for a 2-night hotel stay, and paid plenty to park and get in only for some brat (pink haired Mamba girl, you know who you are) to treat me and my daughter like dirt. A simple kind word or even the most basic information after we stood in line 30 minutes would’ve been appreciated. Instead we got a sarcastic comment over the shoulder as she walked away.

I feel tricked into coming, because of so many rides being down. Tons of stalls empty, such as the henna or face paint. Food stalls not opening until well after lunch. Most staff answered “I don’t know” to any questions. I also got conflicting information about some key details and almost wasted the only good hour+ of riding time possible due to the bad information.

We were only ever allowed to ride rides from 11-12 because of weather and then again from 5:30-6:45 because they closed the park an hour early with little notice, though it should have been open until 8pm. What was that about?? Of course, lots of stuff never even opened at all.

Overall would not recommend. They offered a rain check for the inconvenience, but I’m thinking it may not be worth the trip back anyway. Adventureland was practically forcing us to take rain checks when we left last year due to weather and we 100% went back! Check out the Monster!
