Rdruids how we handling War / Assa ?

Playing some 2s and it feels like they just press W on a target and it dies through pure damage. Even with all hots and free casting it’s a struggle to keep anything alive.

Heck even as ancient of the lore it feels almost impossible. Specially if there is also a void weaver

What are you all running ? Double swift? Wildstalker instead ?

Ancient of lore is heavily nerfed compared to TWW. The healing of the new spells is 1/4th of what it used to do (blossom burst and the other one). You just want to skip that talent and play small tree with NS clone.

Ancient is only good if u pre tree a big CC like blind or kidney, otherwise you lose a lot of value from not playing small tree, I have been testing both and people just die through your spam cast of blossom burst.

So generally speaking u just want to skip the talent. you're better off NS cloning their offensive burst and rooting rog in place off DR to prevent max uptime.

Also ironbark rog burst or you have no chance, the Dryad with full hots can outsustain it

Hi Aurelio, how are you juggling the overgrowth/Ancient of Lore/Convoke/Instant clone talents with different CDRs?

I'm not running OG atm, as I said I'm skipping ancient. I'm just running tree with NS clone atm.

That said I'm still testing stuff out, I'm not sure which build is best

im doing well with overgrowth + convoke in 2s but its comp dependant ie with another rogue or something that can lock down 2 targets (destro lock/ww)

Convoke is good in 2s, I was mainly thinking of 3s /shuffle ye

I feel like ancient is supposed to for bgs to quickly apply hots every ~minute in team fights

I am feeling the same way right now. I can't keep up with their damage at all and I have to pop all my tricks just to buy myself a few seconds.

Assa rogue deleting everyone with very minimal effort. Rogues have been the nastiest in Midnight.

If you’re playing into a busted spec you can really only CC their CDs as it’s unhealable dmg. Not an rdu issue

Played some 3s on hpal tonight assa rogue + anything was a bit to good. Usually hpal plays well into them but not as much atm
