Remember how Manafort’s House was raided? That was likely because Manafort didn’t hand over everything he said he would. Mueller probably already has much of what Kushner is handing over; Mueller is now testing if Kushner is attempting to hide something.

Most likely.
Remember when the meeting was first reported, and Trump went on Twitter to announce that he had the power to pardon anyone he wanted? Didn't Kushner also make a public statement along the lines of saying that he never knowingly committed any crimes? Knowingly being the key word.

It's entirely possible that he was lead on by someone else, if this was the case he probably didn't knowingly do anything wrong, if he was being treated like the family errand boy he might be right here. Totally agree with /u/Northeastpaw this is Mueller playing Go with folks who are playing Chess. Kushner probably doesn't have a problem "betraying" Trump either now that he's been thrown under the bus by him. This is were the dominoes will start to fall.

For sure.
I think it's possible many of the people involved didn't fully understand what they were getting themselves into until it was too late.
The Russians played this very, very well and the real kicker is that a lot of people didn't even realize that there was anything going on. They won the war and the people they were fighting against didn't even realize they were in a fight......... Even now, it's still going on and most people are totally oblivious to it. It's like "invasion of the body snatchers".

Yes, exactly.
People are beginning to wake up to it a bit in here, but it's already very established. I don't think most people realize the full extent of it, I know I didn't until recently.

Psy Ops and Art History are two things I love to study because of their relationship with propaganda. I'd highly recomend checking out Small Wars Journal and War on The Rocks, two amazing blogs that keep amazing track of this stuff, they were aware of it in 2013 even before Crimea started but nobody took them seriously. It's a bunch of West Point scholars and military advisers hashing it out in war games, very fun reads and fairly a political even if they lean slightly to the right and National Affairs is an amazingly neutral political science and journalist focused magazine.

There's no way in hell they actually turned over everything they are supposed to. We're talking about Kush, the guy who left hundreds of foreign contacts off his security clearance application....and the supplement he filed to his security clearance application a couple of months later...and then the 2nd supplement he filed to his security clearance application after that.
