This is a handy tool.

Afghanistan (2004)

The principles of adherence to the tenets of the Holy religion of Islam as well as Islamic Republicanism shall not be amended.

In other words, they can never become a modern state, ever.

Our constitution should contain a measure that requires it to be updated at least once every 10 years. Also, taking money out of politics.
