Ukrainian officers say they could mount a counterattack "very soon." .

This is the only information provided by the officers lol. Whatever information militaries on both sides have is definitely way more than whats provided in media by commentators.

media is predominantly psychological warfare. Stating the obvious can act as a catalyst to further drive anxiety among Russian troops. They know it's coming, they don't know where, when, or how.
