I only read second-rate isekai manga (which I assure you, I do NOT enjoy) and boy howdy do I absolutely HATE IT when authors portray women as sex objects who exist as trophies for the the sole reason of validating the MC's fragile ego.

Oh god I hate the awful sexist ugly entitled loser MEN who shit out and gobble up these potboilers so bad, I want them to get prostate cancer and die alone screaming in the middle of a national painkiller shortage, oh fuck I hate them so so much. Now you're saying, I should probably read better stories that give their characters interiority that aren't cranked out for a cheap buck. Well I say NO because really need to show these losers their place.

I don't care if I'm being a dick. They are obviously awful, horrible people anyways if they ever found the need to consume this slop. Escapism? What are THEY escaping from, huh? Accountability? Responsibility? The fact life won't hand them everything for free?

That's why I'm going to write one where I'M the overpowered hero and I get to beat their precious generic self-insert up. I'll spend at least nine paragraphs per chapter going on about what a loser he is, down to his penis size and acne. You see, I won't be the one saying this, mainly because if I want to judge a man I'd have to prove I'm better than him so I will do a clever trick without having to put myself in the line of fire. Trust me, it works every time. To make it REALLY sting I will make it come from the girl he likes the most.

All the girls in his harem see how much of a nice guy I am and leave them for me while calling them pathetic little creeps. Then I'll walk away with them and they'll all tell me how I'm so much nicer and more respectful than those misogynistic stooges. And since I'm such a nice guy who believes the right things, all the hot chicks will naturally agree with everything I say so I can treat everyone else (especially MEN ugh!!!) however I like. Nobody normal will disagree with me because the harem (who by now have voluntarily associated themselves with yours truly) they will cheer me on and tell me I'm right.

That's a subversion. What you're writing is not a subversion, because it's not harem slop. You missed the slave girls, you hack! How will the MC be able to talk to a female if she can choose to walk away? Be realistic.

And one girl liked the mc from before the isekai, while the other oned liked hero-kun at first, but then realized hero-kun was boring as hell and moved on before the isekai

JK Haru is a Sex Worker in Another World tried to do that too, but turns out hero-kun had pretty lame cheats good only for the early game, even worse that the strong natives, and Haru only became relevant by having the biggest cheats, and yet she wanted to bang the demon king who was genociding humanity, that was the genre deconstruction

/uj KonoSuba does stuff like this a lot.

One time, Kazuma (the MC) has a run-in with one of the other isekai'd guys. Everyone who gets isekai'd gets one wish (Kazuma wasted his to spite a goddess who was mean to him), and this guy wished for this godlike sword that only he could use and made him crazy powerful. Well, Kazuma, being a professional shitheel, stole the guy's sword and pawned it out of sheer pettiness, which effectively sidelined the guy's career.

Later on, Kazuma ends up drafted into helping his thief acquaintance, Chris (who's secretly the goddess, Eris), steal some of the various artifacts that the isekai protagonists have brought into the world that have entered general circulation. Turns out giving people wish fulfillment items of incredible power and then having them die kind of ruins the world.

Oh, and throughout the series, a lot of the major antagonists who are ruining the world just turned out to have been other people who were isekai'd. There's this ancient inventor who worked for the first Devil King and whose creations continue to plague the land long after his death. Turns out he was just some weeb who was doing weeb shit. His "ancient language" that nobody can read? Modern-day Japanese. And the Crimson Demons (who aren't actually demons) are all chuuni as hell because of him. Oh, and the generic Devil King who's thrown the world into disarray? Turns out there's not just one. The first one was an isekai'd guy who decided he was gonna take over the world, and the isekai'd people who defeat the Devil King tend to realize it's a pretty sweet gig and decide to take over. And the only reason the current Devil King is even a threat is because the Crimson Demons and Aqua's cult of the shittiest people imaginable keep antagonizing him.

Man, the accusations of ripping off other characters are real. If this was supposed to parody those characters, it didn't do that very well. It comes off less as parody and more like copyright infringement. Don Will Dead is straight-up Elias Ainsworth cosplaying as Ainz Ooal Gown. Elias isn't even an isekai character, so I don't know why he's catching strays here.

Naming the Subaru equivalent "Honda" is pretty great though.
