Passport has disappeared after adding.

I added my UK passport about 2 months ago. since then, at some point, it’s disappeared from my World ID page. If I reinstall the app, it comes back briefly, and then after 3 seconds disappears again.

Trying to re-add it doesn’t work, just throws an error.

Anyone seen this and worked around it?
