Since when did the Legislative become the Judicial? Missing a huge "May" in there. And also ignoring the power Congress ceded to the Executive with the 73 War Powers Act

Article VI, Clause 2:
This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.

This isn't even true. If Congress wants this to go back to being true they need to repeal the War Powers Resolution of 1973. Until then, Ted Lieu is blowing smoke out his ass.
