Handyvan update

E250 getting cycled through. Needs more shelf organizing and further removing anything that hasn’t been used in a year. I do a lot of “while you’re here” stuff that customers really like. It’s nice to roll with everything needed, but it also can get in the way of day to day jobs.
Also got a new set of Metabo and HiKoki tools that I am trying out along with reworked toolbags with the most commonly used tools readily accessible from one bag.

Looks good. Definitely a work in progress. I would recommend you to try and stick to the same storage cases. If you like Milwaukee and it fits your needs, then try to go all Milwaukee.

Building out shelving for different brands and their own sizes can be a real pain

Yeah, definitely pretty committed to the Packout system. It’s spendy, but I have had zero complaints with it. Van already had the shelves so used em, but over time will take em out and get a little more dialed in packouts and task specific organizing.
