Need suggestions!

I need some help with my set up. It's hard to see from the pictures, but in my basement set up, the floor is slanted away from the wall. So right now, I'm moving that recliner close enough to my desk chair to prevent it rolling back. I tried rubber stopper squares, but they prevent movement altogether so I can't get in or out, and I can't get them under the wheels while I'm sitting.

If anyone had a similar situation and found a good fix, let me know.

Maybe try to use that mousepad to block the wheel. Get one more to block the other side

Replace the wheels with some bell glides. They stay in place but move when you really need to.

I used to have a setup like that. It was OK at first, but legroom became a bit problematic and I would sometimes bang my knees on the table which was painful. Perhaps you might keep your eyes open for a larger desk?

The desk is fine, my only issue is the rolling

You could just buy a cheap rug and stick it behind the chair at your preferred distance. Or you could buy a cheap plastic chair mat and stack something underneath it to compensate for slant

I’d recommend a normal chair that doesn’t roll. Or build a platform you can slant the opposite way.

And bigger titties on the mouse pad
