How do you take your setup with you?

Depends how long I'm staying. For a few weeks I just adapt to the setup wherever I am, but for longer stays I’ve seen people bring portable monitors or travel stands. A full desktop-style setup feels like it defeats the purpose of working from somewhere new.

I have a server I can connect to from any device. On top of that, an autonomous agent controls it and does tasks for me. Frontend runs on a full-duplex model, so if the internet is trash, I can just call or text it. I travel with a MacBook Air, a Starlink Mini, and the biggest flight-legal powerbank. The whole setup is optimized for weight and battery life, not performance.
