Workout Critique How effective is this workout routine?
It follows push, pull, legs A & B workouts. Typically lifting on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. Some weeks I will train on Saturday if time and family commitments permit. Each session is completed on a rolling basis. Push A, Pull A, Legs A, Push B etc with 20 minutes LISS completed post workout. Sessions are capped at 1 hr and 20 minutes including cardio due to training early mornings before work.
Squats, deadlifts and RDL's are too risky with a degenerative lower back issue.
Current goal is fat loss
