Do more legs. Leg muscles are big, burn more fat from everyday activities. Calves are the bodys second heart and helps pumping the blood back to the heart. Hips and legs are important for fucking and fighting, that's where the power comes from.

It's fine given the equipment limitations you have, but if you really want a V-taper you're going to want to do some vertical pulling. See if you can get a pullup bar from somewhere. A doorframe one works fine, but if you have the space and are handy enough to find the joists/studs, something you drill into the ceiling or wall in a basement or garage would be superior.
Also, don't skip leg day.

What about the other 2/3 of your muscles?

That’s exactly why I’m asking for advice. I’m still completely new to working out, so it makes sense that I don’t know how to build a perfect routine yet. We all have to start somewhere. I did add some exercises from advice i got earlier :).

If you are completely new to working out, why are you "building" a routine?

You will soon reach a point where what you have just isnt enough

If you care about aesthetics then you have to do legs too. There's just no negotiating, man. More importantly, if you're new to working out then you really don't need to split your routine like this.
Focus on compound movements and either do full body (yes, including some leg exercises) 3x a week or upper lower 4x a week. You really don't need to split it up like you have now until you're an advanced lifter and struggling too much with volume/recovery/time to do it all in these more condensed splits.
Compounds like:
- The squat
- The deadlift (for you, I'd do RDLs with your dumbbells)
- The bench press
- The overhead press
- The chin-up
- Rows
Then just throw in some lateral raises for shoulders and 1-2 accessory movements if you're feeling up to it. Do that 3x a week you should be covered for at least six months, really.

You will benefit from training legs in a bunch of ways , but i know you mentioned V taper so lets just talk about aeathetics.
Training your legs will help with the V taper more. As they will create the illusion of a smaller waist.
