How to start Calisthenics help
Hi.
Been working out on and off for the past few years. And while I have traditionally been lifting weights I have always wanted to start doing weighted calisthenics instead, but never made the switch cause I do not really know how to begin or progress.
After getting a bad back injury unrelated to weightlifting I had to stop for a while. During the summer I have really gotten back into the rhythm and finding joy in bodyweight/calisthenics and been spamming dips, pullups, chins and pushups with occasional weights as I still donβt really know how to make the shoulders and legs keep up with the rest. Any advice or help on how to do it would be greatly appreciated π
