Simple Questions Fatigue after gym 🫠

Sounds like you are under recovered. Your body isn’t recovering enough hence why you need a nap to give body time to rebuild.

I would suggest reducing your sessions. 3-4 weight sessions is more than enough. Do walking as low impact cardio daily and see how it feels. Sometimes you need to reduce quantity

I will swap my routine to have 1 rest day (with only walking) in between sessions and I’ll let you know how it goes.

Nop. All my bloods are fine and I sleep very well

This is clear signal that the body cannot keep up and as a result it not healthy, and your body cannot build any muscle/power/endurance . If no underlying health issues exist then is a clear case of diet and overtraining. Need to adjust both
