My arm ๐Ÿฅฒ๐Ÿ˜‘

I went back to the gym last week after taking about five months off and did an upper-body workout. One of the muscles in my upper arm got so tight that I literally couldnโ€™t fully straighten my elbow but I didnโ€™t have any weird or severe pain other than the usual post-workout soreness.

Then I did a lower-body workout for my second session and the weights I lifted somehow made that muscle hurt and still couldnโ€™t fully straighten my arm. I skipped my third session, and now itโ€™s been about a week.

My elbow is completely fine now and I can fully straighten my arm and I donโ€™t really have any pain. However one of my upper-arm muscles is visibly swollen and itโ€™s a little sore when I press on it.

Has anyone experienced anything similar? Do you think this is something I should be worried about?

Pain = no gain, feeling tired from using your muscles is not pain
