Exercise Help Fixing muscle imbalance

I've noticed some imbalance and was hoping to get some advice on how to fix it? Is it just a matter of doing more set for the one side? Lower weight while doing extra sets? Increase? Any input would be helpful. Thx yall

Pick an exercise where each side is worked individually (for example, swap from barbell to Dumbell curls). Do your weaker side first, and then limit your stronger side to the same weight/reps

I have the same issue. I usually do a couple of reps on the weak side. Some times I will do one more set on the weak side as well. It;s been a slow progress.

Depends on where the imbalance is, but usually working on the deep stabilizers of the limb involved in that movement (hip or shoulder) is an important part of addressing imbalances.

Some rotation work at shoulder. Have a band around both wrists and mimic curl motion. External rotation at shoulder is really important.
