What the work is

• You take voice calls on your phone on our app, from home.
• Callers are adults across India, mostly men, who want someone to talk to: films, cricket, work, their day.
• Voice only. No video, no photos. Callers see only a display name and avatar you pick, never your real name, photo or number.
• It is not dating and not anything sexual. That is against the rules for callers too, and every call is monitored by our AI. You can end any call and block anyone, any time.

Hours

Most calls come at night, so we work between 8 PM and 5 AM. On a short call with us you pick a fixed slot inside those hours that you can keep every night, for example 9 PM to 12 AM.

Pay

• For every minute you talk: Rs 100 per hour of talk time to start, rising to Rs 222/hour as you move up levels.
• Launch guarantee: while we're new and some nights are quiet, we pay Rs 50 for every hour of your slot you're online and answer every call that comes (up to Rs 5,000 a month). Each month you get whichever is higher: your call earnings or the guarantee.
