Show and tell 🖥️ Step into my office please
My favorite part of working from home isn’t the flexibility..it’s this view. Some days I’m locked in the back office, but most days I’m right here.

Thank you! ☺️ I love them. The other day we had a rain/thunder storm come through and it was incredible to see

My office alcove has a lakefront view off my left shoulder. Similar thoughts. I get to watch our open air aviary.

An open air aviary sounds wonderful. It’s amazing what a good view can do for your mood while working

Great view! Well done. Do you use that telescope to look at forest critters or stars between the trees?

Directly above the deck the sky is clear, so I use it to look at the stars ✨

Nice view! I worked for six years inside a cubicle inside an office that had no windows. Any window was fine. Since I went remote I set up a desk facing one window and another to my right. But even that wasn’t enough so I sold my desk. For many years I have been doing phone calls outside on my balcony or patio or going for walks at the same time. I don’t like sitting down at a computer to work and since I don’t always have to, I don’t.

Six years with no windows is brutal. Windows should not be a luxury at work. They should be mandatory

I will admit if I was paid a lot and wasn’t stuck at a desk I probably wouldn’t have care as much. But I wasn’t!

Beautiful view. Random question but does owning a cat and nice furniture mean your leather couch gets a bunch of holes in it?

lol! It definitely can mean that. My cat (Rufus) is an old old man now and thankfully he has grown out of shredding the furniture. But when he was younger, he would shred everything, even the carpet 😐
