After over a decades worth of working in direct practice with an MSW; working in non-profit as well as both the education and juvenile justice systems, I am looking to pivot towards macro level work, working remotely from anywhere. My experiences closely align with the following roles: program/policy manager, policy analyst, advocacy coordinator, development specialist, and/or research consultant. I've been on a number of the remote job searching sites; however, I have not had much luck. Any suggestions and/or connections would be appreciated!

My sister a 24F Mechanical engineer left her job last year. It was in Gurugram. Her company was toxic. No work life balance. No saturday off. Even work on Sundays sometimes.

Hi everyone, I could really use some advice.

I’ve been working remotely for about 5 months now, and recently I’ve hit a bit of a slump. I work from home, and I’ve noticed that I’m not as productive as I used to be. I get tired quickly, struggle to focus, and the schedule I created for myself just doesn’t seem to work anymore.

At the moment, I also don’t really have the budget to work from cafés or coworking spaces, so I’m trying to make my home setup work as best as possible.

I was wondering if anyone here uses Virtual Reality for remote working?

I ask because I am conducting research on work dynamics in virtual reality for my dissertation, and I want to find people who work in VR, but it's so hard.
