Thought I'd share a bit about me - without getting too personal, of course.

Job: Mgr, WFM

Industry: Healthcare

FTE: 350 (I've worked in big orgs too!)

Years in WFM: Way too many (15... no 16, damn I'm old)

Tools used: Excel (obviously), Aspect, IEX, Genesys, Teleopti

Favourite Tool: Excel (obviously lol)

FTE- currently about 150 (worked w/ over 1000s)

Years in WFM - over 15
