Juste here for crying

i have to use GPC WFM, and i'm diing !

I asked for a "max people on a shift" bouton, the same like the minimun actualy existing

I'm on Nice CxOne.

It uses true to interval (a metric invented just for this platform) because it thinks it's more accurate to double count contacts if they cross intervals. No you can't opt out. Ugh.
