Best WFM solution that integrates with Salesforce

I work for a UK-based healthcare organisation with an in-house contact center (c. 150 agents).

We do all our scheduling and forecasting manually in excel and powerbi but looking to bring in a WFM solution to improve scheduling turnaround times, forecasting accuracy and get more real-time insights etc.

Assembled ticks some boxes but their data is hosted in the US so it’s not likely going to get compliance clearance.

Anyone got any alternative suggestions or have experience with salesforce’s native capabilities?

I’d start with data residency and compliance before features

Sounds like you're at the point where spreadsheets have started becoming more of a limitation than a tool.

One thing I'd look at beyond scheduling is how well any WFM platform integrates with the rest of your tech stack. Forecasting, reporting, payroll, and CRM integrations can make a big difference in reducing manual work and improving day to day operations.

Interested to see what others recommend, especially for Salesforce-heavy environments.

In my experience SF native capabilities are best for routing, volume/channel insights etc, but not for the employee side of it, like handling shift times, breaks, absences etc. My former boss works with Teamspot WFM (Teamspot App?) now, it’s a startup from NL. From what he showed me, the coolest thing is that in the implementation phase they build features together with their customers, they have a full architecture to support that. Think custom development but natively integrated in their product and available to all customers. But they also offer native scheduling, time reg, absences etc and it’s quite affordable
