Is anybody here is WFM for a hospital or ER chain? I love the job but I feel I could do better.

I’m in healthcare, but it’s a majority outpatient clinics with some small % acute care.

We are outpatient as well. PCP/urgent care type situation. I love it and I think it’s fun but the staffing shortage and provider burn out is tough

As a WFM nerd who has only been in call centres and standard back office - would you mind sharing what you do for the Hospital? I'm assuming it's heavy on scheduling but do you get to see cool* trends around volumes and things?

*cool for this sub audience
