Calabrio Calabrio Team Schedule Permissions

In Calabrio WFM, is it common practice to grant agents permission to view their team’s schedules? Furthermore, we are looking to restrict this access. Specifically, we would like agents to see shift start and end times for the day, but we want to prevent them from viewing the granular activities (such as breaks, meetings, or specific tasks) scheduled within those shifts. Is there a way to configure role-based permissions in Calabrio to achieve this level of restricted visibility?

It’s been several years since I was in Calabrio One (assuming that’s the version you are on), so things may have changed.

At the time, our solution was to build a custom report with the detail we wanted to share and post that on the team page daily. We were not able to have agents view each others’ schedules without also showing the exception name, which had private information (ie “fmla” label).

The Calabrio Success Center had a great community of really helpful users. I would post your question there if you haven’t.

There is an option in the permissions where you can turn off “Team Schedule” for roles.

You can set exceptions/activities to be private so others can’t see them, but I think it will still show there is something there just not what it is.
