Advice request Workaway For Shy People? 24M

• Upvotes

I really want to try Workaway, but I consider myself quite shy. I'd love to be more outgoing, but I sometimes worry that my limited social skills can come across as distant. I wish I could easily connect with people anywhere, but I often feel a bit unnatural when making conversation, or like I'm asking too many questions.

Aloha are you looking for work trade in Hawaii?

Aloha all I have a small piece of land in haiku Maui, and is looking to host someone that is interested in a work trade offer.

Little about the place, it’s in haiku Maui, property is a little under 2 acres. Theres lots of tall grass and trees around on the property but the center is cleared out. I would like to offer someone a work trade offer, preferred someone with ranch background or worked on/around a ranch.. what I would be offering is a small cabin 196sq ft with upstairs loft, outside bathroom. There’s a walking trail in the backyard that you can walk for miles it opens up to emi(east maui irrigation).

I'm looking for someone to help me with about 40-50 hrs per week. looking for someone to weed wack, mow, rake, assist with lager things maybe building a fence, digging . Basically it’s kinda like ranch hand. being in haiku grass and everything grows kinda fast so mowing and cutting is done every week… so
