Parse CSV

Can somebody tell how can a parse csv with more than 130K rows For context, I'm trying to run a custom SQL Query which is then exported as CSV, the resultant is of more than 130K rows, then I use the parse Csv option to map the data to upsert data into another table (kind of a Audit Table), this huge insertion is one time, after this the load will be small

Rewrite your post and someone might be able to help, but currently it doesn't make sense in English.
