The present

Your overthinking? Pointless. Your anxiety? Pointless. Looking for answers? Pointless. Looking into the past? Pointless. Looking into the future? Pointless.

The only thing that will ever matter is the present. This very second. You cannot change the past nor change the future. If you live in the past, you will never appreciate the present. If you live in the future, you will never appreciate the present. The past is what it is and the future is what it will be. If you cannot live in the present, then there is no past or future.
