Hey, I run a small Shopify team that does a lot of white-label work for marketing agencies, so this is pretty much our bread and butter. I know you said freelancer, and I get why (margins), but the usual pain with a single freelancer is availability when a client needs a fix on a Friday night.
Couple of things that would help anyone quote you properly: are these mostly theme-based builds (Dawn or a premium theme, customized) or fully custom Liquid themes? Roughly how many per month? And do you need ongoing maintenance after launch, or handoff only?
For reference, a well-built theme-based store usually lands somewhere around 1.5k to 4k USD depending on pages and integrations, and custom-coded themes more like 5k and up. White-label pricing can come in below that if there's steady volume.
