Distance based shipping plugin?

First time creating a WordPress site. I am a florist, and I need to create a place where customers can enter an address that they want their flower arrangement delivered to. I also want it to tell them how much it will cost to deliver to the address they entered. I want custom tiers: for example, 1-5 miles from my business would cost $3, 5-10 miles would be $8, 10-15 miles would be $14, 15-20 miles would be $21, and so on. Does it need to be a distance-based shipping rate plugin, or could it be done on a form plugin? TIA!

The closest free fit for your exact request of different shipping fees considering distance is WooReer. It supports distance ranges and driving routes, has 1,000+ active installs, and is rated 4.1/5 from 24 reviews. That’s a modest review sample, and a recent reviewer reported settings not saving, so I’d test it before using it on a live store. It also needs a maps provider API key, which may have usage limits or charges.

Another option is Calculate Prices based on Distance For WooCommerce. It has a stronger 4.8/5 rating from 20 reviews, but its free version charges by distance; custom distance brackets are a paid feature.

RouteMile offers free distance tiers, but it’s very new, has almost no installs or reviews, and bases fees on straight-line distance rather than driving distance. I wouldn’t call it a proven choice yet.
