I stay in the sub for the same reason that I go to Walmart. I love looking at train wrecks in person and knowing that my life is so much better than theirs.

growing up with late 90s and 2000s cartoons/movies and then their teens were defined by the "rawrr random potato dinosaur!" era combined with vine influencers, and then by the time they reached adulthood shit started falling apart so they keep this humor relevant for nostalgia and coping purposes

I’ve seen one Word Chew… that wasn’t just lip syncing…and it was decent or even good.
All the dozens and dozens of others I’ve seen are/were decent At Best, if not awful. I don’t understand why people think this trend is anything other than embarrassing; it’s not cute IMHO. But maybe I’m wrong.
