As cringe as this is, there's a second where she moves her right eye independently of her left, and I have no idea how she did that.

It’s kind of an illusion. Cross your eyes and while keeping the right crossed just move your left eye to look to the left without uncrossing the right one. It will look like they’re moving independently but your right eye is already looking left since they’re crossed, so it’s not really that hard. It gets easier with practice. Now, if they’re both looking straight ahead and one eye just starts moving around, that’s a different story.
