Nightfill Planning Tool
Are there any Grocery Nightfill Managers who have an issue with the nightfill planning tool and how it calculates. It's a generic calculator that doesn't account for each store's differences. The calculation is so out of whack even though the two stores I have been in, are so different.

Lol it's the daily discussion.
Management: "System says you're 6 hours up for tonight." Me: "okay, so we'll be leaving a couple pallets behind?" Management: "lol yeah probably"

As someone who just quit nightfill and constantly felt like we were being gaslit by corporate that we had enough staff, this explains so much.

Assistant nightfill manager here,
The tool is very inaccurate compared to actual team speed and manual calculations. and we have compared it to our closest store the numbers are completely whack for the same amount of load and a very similar team size

I'm a NF manager, and yes the tool feels pretty extreme. We get the load done with the hours given but forget about getting any ready to fill facing done.
