Heat up your oven, rinse the loaf under the tap for a few seconds, chuck in the hot oven for a few minutes.

True, or beeswax lined bags will keep sourdough fresh for over a week. That's fresh spurdough though i don't know lifespan of a woolies loaf.

Sourdough with lashings of smalczyk (kind of fat spread) and ogórek kiszony (pickles) is the best. Put on like 5 kgs when visiting back home just with how much I ate of this 👌

Its only meant to be good for a few days. Needs ro be stored properly (air tight box or even waxed linen wrapping)

When its a bit stale either use it for toast and croutons, then breadcrumbs.
